FGT—Focus Group Training

Designed for the beginner/intermediate fitness level, FGT is a small group training class that is highly energetic and fast-paced while working the total body through a sequence of dynamic movements. The class incorporates high-intensity interval training concepts for a fun and intense workout. The coach will guide each participant through the session using a variety of apparatus and equipment. The curriculum aims to improve all aspects of fitness including core strength, conditioning, flexibility and balance. The class is held in the functional training area in the back of focus fit.
