“The Shot Caller”

This will be a 45 minute class designed to push participants beyond their normal limits by challenging individuals both mentally and physically. The workout will consist of multiple stations comprised of both cardiovascular, bodyweight resistance training, and weighted resistance training. (Maximum of 16 Participants)

"Max Out"

This will be a 45 minute strength based class designed to help participants build full body strength using compound lifts. The workout will consist of mostly compound lifts with added accessory work where need to improve efficiency of lifts, such as band work, bodyweight training, isolation. (Maximum of 8 Participants)

"Breakdown"

This will be a 30 minute HIIT style cardiovascular based class designed to push participants out of their comfort zones taking their conditioning to the next level. The workout will consist of multiple stations using a variety of cardio based equipment, such as rowers, tires, battle ropes, etc. (Maximum of 16 Participants)

“Wolfpack”

This will be a 45 minute FEMALE ONLY class designed to push participants beyond their normal limits by challenging individuals both mentally and physically. The workout will consist of multiple stations comprised of both cardiovascular, bodyweight resistance training, and weighted resistance training. (Some days even Heavy Compound Lifts) (Maximum of 8 Participants)

“Kickboxing”

This high energy class combines punches and kicks used in kickboxing and boxing led by former military and martial arts instructors. The class utilizes free standing bags, heavy bags, punching mitts, and Muay Thai pads.

“Boot Camp”

An all around cardio/strength class including calisthenics. Abdominals. Power walking/running and functional strength moves. Great for all fitness levels

“Zumba”

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.

“Butt, Thighs, Inner Thighs”

Strength and plyometric class designed to build and define the lower body using weights, body weight, bands and steps.

“ABS”

30 minute sculpting class designed to build strong core and defined abs through weighted and non-weighted core exercises.

“TABATA”

30 minute full body intense HIIT class designed to challenge you.

“SHRED”

45 minute class filled with a wide variety of training consisting of weights, bodyweight exercises, plyometric exercises, and core.
